  • Does Shopz know what software I already have licensed?

    A: Yes. Shopz retrieves your software license records from IBM internal databases. As an authenticated user, you can view software license reports on the My licensed software page and use this information to plan for new software orders. While you are creating product orders, the products are also marked with icons indicating whether or not they are licensed.

  • Does Shopz know what software I already have installed?

    A: You tell it by creating and uploading installed software reports from the My installed software page or while creating an order. Installed software reports are not used with all orders.
