How to Use the HMC

Managing Certificates

You can create a new certificate, modify, delete, and archive an existing certificate, and import a certificate from the Manage Certificates window.

To display the Manage Certificates window:

1. In the Navigation Pane, select HMC Management.
2. In the Work Pane, select Manage Certficates. The Manage Certificates window displays.
3. Depending on the task you want to perform, select one of the following links to continue:
   • Create a new certificate or a certificate signing request for a CA certificate
   • Modify values of an existing self-signed certificate
   • Delete and archive a certificate
   • Import a certificate
