Managing Remote Support Requests

Use the Manage Remote Support Requests task to view or cancel all call-home requests submitted by this HMC.

  1. In the Navigation Pane, select Service Management.
  2. In the Work Pane, select Manage Remote Support Requests.

Use the Options menu to:

  • View all Call-Home servers
  • Cancel selected requests
  • Cancel all active requests
  • Cancel all waiting requests
