Gathering diagnostic information
Before you report a problem with IMS HP Load to IBM® Software
Support, you need to gather the appropriate diagnostic information.
Diagnostics Aid
If you have a problem that you think is not a user error,
run the Diagnostics Aid (FABFDIAG), obtain the Load Module/Macro APAR
Status report, attach it to the other diagnostic documents (such as
job dump list or I/O of the utility), and report the error to IBM.
