Error description

  • ---------------------------------------------
    Users Affected:

Users adding generic JVM arguments after DC configuration, then
    reconfiguring the agent again
    ---------------------------------------------
    Problem Description:

Reconfiguring the ITCAM DC removes the generic JVM arguments
manually added after the first DC configuration.
Only generic JVM arguments present before the first DC
configuration are correctly preserved (as per WebSphere variable
    AM_OLD_JVM_ARGS).

Local fix

  • When adding a property to generic JVM args, place it in the
beginning of the string as the first property.

Problem summary

  • The problem will be addressed in the next release of the
    product.

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix
