LO54548: CREATING WIDGETS USING DRAG AND DROP FROM GREENHOUSE RESULTS IN USER ACCOUNT INFORMATION WITHOUT USER NAME AND PASSWORD

Error description

• We have a widget catalog https://greenhouse.lotus.com/catalog
  that allows drag
  and drop of widgets from the catalog to the Notes widget side
  barﾠ
  Problem is, that if you don't have an account for
  greenhouse.lotus.com in your
  Notes preferences the account is created without a user name and
  password; and
  Notes does not prompt for oneﾠ
  If you go into your Notes preferences and add your user name and
  password to
  the account, the second try works.ﾠ
  here's an example with the Google Maps entry:

  here's the scenario:
  1. If you do not already have an account for
  greenhouse.lotus.com in your Notes
  account preferences, you will receive the error:
  2. Remove the greenhouse.lotus.com account from your account
  preferences
  3. Be logged into the Catalog
  4. Access the entry for Google Map:
  https://greenhouse.lotus.com/plugins/plugincatalog.nsf/assetDeta

  5. Click the "Start Download" button
  6. Drag and drop the icon for the extension.xml file to your
  Notes widgets side

  7. Unsuccessful installation
  8, However, a new greenhouse.lotus.com account is created in
  your Notes account
  preferences
  9. Edit the greenhouse.lotus.com account preferences and add
  your user name and
  password
  10. Restart Notes and redo the scenario for successful
  installation
