APAR status

Error description

• When calling a stored procedure defined on DB2 z/OS with COMMIT
  ON RETURN YES, the DB2 JCC driver may return either of the
  following Exceptions:
  
  com.ibm.db2.jcc.a.DisconnectException: Actual code point, 47
  does not match expected code point, 9224
  
  or:
  
  com.ibm.db2.jcc.a.DisconnectException: Actual code point, 0x2f
  does not match expected code point, 0x2408.
  
  This exception indicates that following the commit request
  (CMMRQSRM) in the stored procedure at the host, the JCC driver
  is expecting to receive an SQLCARD code point, but is instead
  receiving a TYPDEFNAM.
  
  In this particular scenario, the absence of the SQLCARD
  is a valid response from the DB2 z/OS host and needs to be
  accounted for by the JCC driver.
  

Local fix

• Define the stored procedure on the host with COMMIT ON RETURN
  NO.
