  server specification taking effect on the target system.
  
  tacmd setagentconnection -n <ManagedSystemName:KUX> -t ux -p
  SERVER=Server1 BSERVER=Server2
  
  Additionally specifying the following also results in the same
  behavior
  
  tacmd setagentconnection -n <ManagedSystemName:KUX> -t ux -p
  SERVER=Server1 PROTOCOL=IP.PIPE BSERVER=Server2
  BPROTOCOL=IP.PIPE BACKUP=Y
  
  RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
  
  Install 630 FP6 TEMS
  Install 630 FP6 Unix OS Agent
  
  Execute command to change configuration of OS Agent to have a
  Primary and Secondary TEMS specification.
  tacmd setagentconnection -n <ManagedSystemName:KUX> -t ux -p
  SERVER=Server1 BSERVER=Server2
  
  Observe that the resulting Agent configuration only shows
  Primary TEMS in CT_CMSLIST environment variable
  export CT_CMSLIST='ip.pipe:itmmtbl81lp3;ip.pipe:itmmtbl81lp3'
  

Local fix

• Arrange the order of the parameters to insure that the Protocol
  parameter settings are always present, and that the Secondary
  Protocol setting preceeds the BSERVER parameter.
