IV89992: AGENTS DO NOT START AT BOOT ON SLES 12.

Error description

• Tivoli Monitoring agents no longer start at boot time on SLES
  12.
  RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
  - Install the Tivoli Monitoring OS agent at version 6.30.03 or
  higher.
  - Configure and start the agent.
  - Verify that the agent connects to the Monitoring Server.
  - Reboot the system.
  - Notice that the OS agent has not been restarted.
  

Local fix

• - Modify the /etc/init.d/ITMAgents<S> files to change \$all to
  \$ALL.
       where <S> is the numeric suffix for the file
  - A set of commands like the following will resolve the problem.
  cd $CANDLEHOME/bin
  sed --in-place 's/\$all/\$ALL/' UpdateAutoRun.sh
  ./UpdateAutoRun.sh
  - Reboot the system.
  - Notice that the OS agent is now started at boot time.

• The problem will be fixed in the next release using APAR
  IV97694.
