  • Unable to configure print to PDF for WebReports on Win 2012 R2

The 2nd Relevance of BESSupport Fixlet ID 602 does not include
WINDOWS 2012 R2.

Below the incomplete relevance

operating system

Actually, the issue is not only with the relevance condition:
the export to PDF enablement requires to run two fixlets (602
and 603) but, even if the relevance condition in fixlet 603 is
changed to include Windows 2012 R2, the related action will fail
because the printer driver installed by the action script does
not work in Windows 2012 R2.
