This document explains how you can find the SQLCODEs and SQLSTATEs for DB2.
Answer
SQLCODEs and SQLSTATEs for DB2 are now available in the Information center.
To locate messages and codes for customers using DB2 UDB for z/OS, please perform search at the following website and perform the following steps:
1. Select the DB2 version.
2. From the expanded left panel, select Troubleshooting for DB2.
3. Select Messages and Codes.
To locate messages and codes for customers using DB2 UDB, use the online feature of the product by performing the following steps:
1. From a Windows environment go to:
- Start --> Programs --> IBM DB2 --> Information
2. From the expanded Information screen, select DB2 Information. This will open either your Web browser or the Information Center.
3. From the Information Center, select the Books tab. Expand Reference, then select Message Reference.
