Get KFWITM217E Request error: SQL1_CreateRequest failed, rc=202 on the WAS agent TEMA panels.
You will see KFWITM217E error messages with rc=202 on the WAS agent panels. See screenshot here in this Technote.
This is caused due to incorrect application support on the TEMS and TEPS.
ITM 6.2.x with ITCAM 6.1 FP5 or higher.
Put the TEMS in debug mode, and look for "Column missing" messages in the TEMS logs.
This is what you'll see in one more of the WAS TEMA agent panels. See sample screenshot below.
To resolve this problem, reinstall the application support on the TEMS and TEPS for the last Interim Fix or Fix pack you used. Put the TEMS in debug mode and make sure there are no "Missing Columns" messages in the logs.
Reinstalling the right app support levels and then restarting the TEMS and TEPS resolves this problem.
