TCPREQU (EZABB035) makes an invalid check for nonblocking and
pendminitialwrite.  This test should not be made.

When a non-blocking TCP connection has built up a sizeable
output queue and is approaching the queuesize limit, TCP/IP
erroneously detects and indicates to the user a fatal error on
the connection.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • TCPREQU has been amended to remove the erroneous test that
resulted in the reported error.
