APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Currently there is no trace logging of information pertaining to
    zone control operations performed by a SRA. Changes will need to
    be made so that the device server passes appropriate flags to
    SRA when using a SRA to perform zone control so that we have
    appropriate trace information is logged on the agent side.

Problem conclusion

  • Enabling the tracing for the Storage Resource Agent in the TPC
    GUI (setting to MAX) will now allow the zone control activity
    to be logged to the MAX level for debug purposes.
    
    The fix for this APAR is targeted for the following
    maintenance package:
