When having problems with near real time reports in the Proviso Portal, support requires logs from the java plugin.

Symptom

No data in Real Time Reports



Resolving the problem

Change Java Console to "Show Console" in the Basic tab of the Java Plug-in Control Panel, and select "Show Exception Dialog Box"
