In Maximo Base Services 188.8.131.52, Ad Hoc (QBR) Reporting is being extended for the user to define filters or parameters for his individual Ad Hoc Report.
As the Ad Hoc (QBR) Reporting Functionality continues to be extended, in 7116, the user can now define filters or parameters to be included with the report. This enables the report's results to be further refined at run time so the user can quickly get the report results he needs.
To enable this new functionality, within the QBR Window, the existing SORT tab will be renamed to FORMAT. On the FORMAT tab, there will be 3 main sections where the user can define Filters, Sorting and Grouping.
The user can define up to 3 report filters based on selected fields from the main table of the application. He will then be able to preview those filter values on the Submit Tab of the QBR Window.
