Problem(Abstract)

User within an NTLM authentication namespace receives the "CAM-AAA-0094 Unable to authenticate because the account is locked out" error when attempting to log in to ReportNet.

Symptom

CAM-AAA-0094 Unable to authenticate because the account is locked out.

Resolving the problem

Ask the Network Administrator to unlock the account.

Steps:
  • Right click My Computer, click Manage and expand Local Users and Groups, click Users folder
  • In the right hand pane, double click on the username which is locked out.
  • In the username Properties window, General tab, uncheck Accout is locked out, click OK
