Troubleshooting
Problem
[
- When running a report containing an image in PDF, a blank white box is displayed rather than the image.
- The image shows up fine in HTML format.
- The problem in PDF occurs both accessing CRN through the gateway and accessing it directly through the dispatcher.
- Starting the CRN service as a domain account with access to the image location does not solve the issue.
Resolving The Problem
Change the URL property of the image from an absolute URL (e.g. http//serverna me/crn/samples/image.gif) to a relative URL (e.g. ../samples/images/image.gif)
