  * Systems running the AIX 7200-00 Technology Level
  * with bos.mp64 at the 7.2.0.0 or 7.2.0.1 level.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  * Applications that call sigprocmask(), sigset(), or
  * sigtimedwait() can crash.
  * This is only an issue on AIX 7.2.
  * This requires the first 2 parameters to sigprocmask()
  * to be SIG_BLOCK, and NULL (which sigset and
  * sigtimedwait use, and other applications may use).
