APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The scheduled backup failed while exporting an image that was
in the process of being created. The scheduled backup was
configured with all components selected for export.

The error in the complete backup job log is:
backup.export.AExportHelper | java.lang.Exception:
CWZCA0017E: Failed to export OVA file for image New virtual
image [identifier]: Unexpected HTTP status 403 for PUT
on http://[url_id]:5006/deployment/resources/images/null/export

Problem summary


    

  • Images in certain states should be excluded from the backup
image export operation.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The code has been updated to exclude images in the following
states: 'CAPTURING', 'DELETING', 'EXPORTING', 'FAILED',
'PROCESSING', and 'QUEUED'
