      properly.
  III.Command 'arsdoc get' no longer hangs when reading the SQL
      query file referenced by the -Q command line flag.
  IV. OnDemand CICS Client no longer fails to display AFP
      documents when there are extra parameters present from
      arsview.
  V.  The delete of an ODF distribution with arsxml no longer
      causes an 0C4 ABEND of arsxml.
