PROBLEM: The is no association between the TSRM tickets and the Catalog Request. PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to Offering Catalog 2. Select any offering. Click Order Now! 3. Service Request SRxxxx is created for Catalog Request CRyyyy 4. Go to Service Request, open SRxxxx, click on Related Records tab, Catalog Request CRyyyy is not listed there. CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Catalog Request ticket is not listed under the Related Records tab of the SR ticket. EXPECTED RESULT: Catalog Request ticket listed under the Related Records tab. ADDITIONAL INFO: Update from development team on what's in TSRM 7.1 and missing in 7.2.x; SRM 7.1 - The SR\Problem\Incident applications included an action to create a Catalog Requisition - When the action was invoked, the Offering Catalog application was launched - When the request was submitted following information was available - From the original SR, the Relate Records tab showed the Catalog Request that was created - From the View Catalog Requests application, the History tab included a Related Tickets section and referenced the original ticket used to create the CR SRM 7.2.x - The SR\Problem\Incident applications do not include an action to create a Catalog Requisition - The View Catalog Requests application History tab does not include a Related Tickets section - The SR\Problem\Incident applications Related Records tab does not show the Catalog Request.
