Error description

• During normal processing, a large number of XML messages are
  received by a WebSphere MQ File Transfer Edition agent. These
  messages can either represent internal communications between
  agents, for example a transfer negotiation, or can represent a
  request from a user, for example a request for a new transfer.
  
  All such XML messages are parsed using a DOM model. Due to the
  nature of the messages there would be a performance benefit to
  using a SAX implemenation to handle these XML messages instead.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The WebSphere MQ File Transfer Edition Agent consumes messages
  from its command queue during normal operation for a variety
  of reasons. These messages are in XML format, and are decoded
  with a parser using the DOM implementation.
  
  It could be more efficient to parse these messages with a SAX
  implementation.
  

Problem conclusion

• If the new function for the 7.0.4.3 release is enabled, the
  agent will use a SAX implementation to parse its command
  messages, which should yield a performance benefit.
