Error description

• The following message causes a message to be written to the

Local fix

Problem summary

• The second <supplement> XML tag within the audit message was
  incorrectly empty, which caused the database logger to reject
  the audit message.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been altered to ensure that the second <supplement>
  XML tag within the audit message is correctly filled.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 7.0.4.1.
