Error description

• The ezaivplu sample Telnet LU defintion in library sezainst is
  incorrectly coded. It is missing a continuation character in
  column 72 and should probably have the sesslim parm moved to the
  2nd line starting in column 16.
  

Local fix

• add a continuation character in column 72 and move
  sesslim=yes...to 2nd line in column 16

  The solution for this APAR is included in CS for z/OS Version 1
