Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager server issues the following message
  when the filesystem on which the db2 diagpath resides has less
  than 20% free space:
  
  ANR1545W The diagpath (/XXX/sqllib/db2dump ) file system or disk
  is becoming full.
  
  However, on very large filesystems 20% free space could be
  multiple gigabytes or even terabytes of space.
  The 20% threshold used to trigger this message is hardcoded  and
  cannot be changed. TSM Admins need the ability to customize this
  value so that they can determine the appropriate threshold for
  the ANR1545W marning to be issued on their given server.
  
  The diagpath is where the db2diag.log resides.  This file can
  grow indefinitely and can be a key contributor to the space
  used in this filesystem.

  Example from actlog:
  
  ANR1545W The diagpath (/XXX/sqllib/db2dump ) file system or disk
  is becoming full.
  Total space used: 28,239,390 MB.
  Total space available: 32,270,696  MB.
  Percent full: 87.51 percent.
  
  The message ANR1545W is a bit misleading in this case as there
  is still 4TB space left in the filesystem.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:
  Tivoli Storage Manager server 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 on all platforms

  In the Tivoli Storage Manager Administrator's Reference,
  a topic was added to describe the new option:
  DBDIAGPATHFSTHreshold
  
  The DBDIAGPATHFSTHreshold option specifies the
  threshold for free space on the file system or disk
  that contains the db2diag.log file. When the amount of
  free space is equal to or less than the specified threshold,
  the ANR1545W error message is displayed.
  
  By default, the message is displayed when the file system
  or disk has 20% or less of free disk space.
  
  You can update this server option without stopping and
  restarting the server by using the SETOPT command.
  See SETOPT (Set a server option for dynamic update).

  Parameters:
  percent
  Specifies the value of available space in the file system.
  Set a value from 0 to 100.  The default is 20.
