Error description
After enabling redirect.commands=true in the WP ConfigService WAS resource environment provider, the WCM authoring portlet no longer functions correctly. The following actions do not work. The authoring view simply refreshes without doing anything. - the breadcrumb to select a library - the New button to create a new item (select any item type) - the links for any of the library explorer views (ie: Items Views, Project Views, etc) - the New item link within the Open Items section

Problem conclusion
The WCM Authoring portlet has been updated to allow the portlet to function correctly when the redirect.commands config option is enabled within WP ConfigService.
