• The common server has been updated in order to support setting
  of the minimum protocol via the SSL_REQUIRED keyword to one of:
  SSL_REQUIRED=TLSV1
  SSL_REQUIRED=TLSV1.1 (Default if SSL_REQUIRED=YES)
  SSL_REQUIRED=TLSV1.2
  SSL_REQUIRED=NO is default if omitted
