  01. COBOL program was compiled with CODEPAGE(1142) but IPVLANGP
      translates DWARF source to IBM-1047.
  02. IPVLANGX does not write line number table when STMT in
      effect.
  

Problem conclusion

• 01. IPVLANGP LOCALE option can now be used to set the EBCDIC
      character set for DWARF ASCII source conversion.
  02. IPVLANGX writes line number table regardless of STMT option.
