  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. The PDTools sample configuration     *
  *                      member IPVCONFG incorrectly specifies   *
  *                      o SFMNMODA instead of the SFMNMOD1      *
  *                      for the FMNLIB DD.                      *
  *                      o SPAWN_DD= parameters when             *
  *                      SPAWN_PROGRAM=FMNCSEP is used.          *
  *                      2. The z/OS Explorer Aqua File Manager  *
  *                      Plugin user times out attempting to     *
  *                      connect to a  PDtools IPV Server with   *
  *                      CONFIG=FM,                              *
  *                      SPAWN_PROGRAM=FMNCSEP and               *
  *                      SPAWN_DD= statements.                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  1. PDTools IPV servers generated using the sample configuration
  member IPVCONFG are unable to be connected to due to
  authorization or time out issues.
  2. The FMNCSEP program doesn't handle SPAWN_DD parameters. This
   results in the spawned started task (STC) terminating with the
   message 'SYSTSPRT not allocated'.
  

Problem conclusion

• The PDtools Common Component is modified to have
  a valid sample configuration member IPVCONFG and tolerate the
  specification of SPAWN_DD statements
  for SPAWN_PROGRAM=FMNCSEP.
