    * USERS AFFECTED: The IEBPDSE in release HDZ1D10 and the IPL   *
    *                 PDSE process report incorrect errors for     *
    *                 data sets with the following two problems.   *

    *                 1.  Data set with orphaned pages(pages which *
    *                 are marked allocated but are not used.)      *
    *                 this is reported as a return code 8(Severe)  *
    *                 problem instead of return code 4(minor)      *
    *                 problem.                                     *

    *                 2.  Data set with member names longer than 8 *
    *                 characters is incorrectly reported broken    *
    *                 because of duplicate alias names found in    *
    *                 the AD.                                      *

    The PDSE validation process will be repaired to return a
    non-severe error for orphaned pages and will no longer report an
