Problem summary

• A failed pattern type installation left the system in
  a state in which deployments using the pattern type would fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• Error checking has been added to the pattern type installation
  code path. The pattern type will display an error in the
  Workload Console > Cloud > Pattern Types page next to the
  pattern type if it fails the pattern type health check.
