Prerequisites

  • Sun Microsystems Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
    • JRE version 1.6.x or higher must be installed
    • Sun Microsystems Java must be in the system path

Installation Instructions

To Run Diagnostic do one of the following steps: For Microsoft Windows:

  • From a Microsoft Windows DOS command, run the batch file.
    • This is the recommended way, as progress will appear in the command window.
  • Run the jar file
    • This will run in the background, no progress will appear, only the result once the diagnostic has been completed.
