Automatically upload and download data between Maximo and Availability Workbench Reliability Centered Maintenance module.
Availability Workbench provides a single, integrated environment for performing availability simulation, reliability centered maintenance (RCM), life cycle costing and Weibull analysis. The Monte Carlo simulation engine allows the user to calculate parameters such as downtime, costs, capacity and resource usage, as well as optimize maintenance intervals and spare parts holdings. An integrated reporting facility provides a means to create detailed text, graph and diagram reports.
Availability Workbench possesses sophisticated import and export facilities, allowing for the easy exchange of data between Availability Workbench project files and a range of database formats.
Integration with the MAXIMO ERP System
Availability Workbench may be licensed with a MAXIMO ERP Portal, allowing the user to download and analyze MAXIMO work notifications providing real failure data for use in your RCM optimization. Optimized maintenance plans can then be uploaded straight to MAXIMO. MAXIMO master data may also be configured directly from the data contained within an existing project.
The MAXIMO ERP Portal provides the following functionality:
- Upload functional locations and failure classes to MAXIMO
- Download of functional locations, failure classes, labor and maintenance plans to Availability Workbench
- Update of maintenance plans in MAXIMO
- Analysis and download of MAXIMO work order data to Availability Workbench
