The IBM Systems Support Site is a secure site with access levels based on user identification (customer, service provider, etc.). While secure access is provided, users can access public information without having to log in.
The site offers a comprehensive set of tools and resources for customers and service providers, including:
- Content areas such as Planning, Education, Product Library, Fixes, Problem Solving, and Services.
- Specialized technical support for customized planning information, machine information, and many other areas.
- Online procedures
and instructions for developing and managing
product content.
- A vehicle for communicating within and across the customer and IBM communities.
The IBM Systems Support Site holds all technical documentation for POWER6 systems. While some service documentation is shipped with the system (print or CD-ROM), other items are available only from the IBM Systems Support Site.
