Making the HMC Cable Connections

Installation instructions differ depending upon which model (desktop or rack-mounted) HMC you are installing. For a rack-mounted HMC, skip this section and continue on to Installing a Rack-Mounted HMC. For a desktop HMC, read on. The diagram at left is the front view of a model 7042-C06 HMC.
