E-commerce

If you want to integrate with the IBM e-commerce solution provided by WebSphere Commerce, review the scenarios below to identify which scenario your solution falls under. Scenario 1: Commerce Composer apps/widgets (UI-based storefront integrations)

This type of integration typically involves adding UI elements to the WebSphere Commerce storefront. Sometimes these UI elements call web services to your proprietary solution. They may also call web services or REST APIs from WebSphere Commerce. These UI integrations typically mean developing apps/widgets which can be used with the Commerce Composer tool in WebSphere Commerce to build store pages.

Sterling Order Management

Solutions can include social, customer profile data management, call center, customer service, CRM, loyalty, customer engagement, and others across a variety of industries.
