Renewing or updating your membership
The membership renewal process prompts you to verify and update your membership information at least annually.
Renewals and membership updates cannot be processed within 90 days of your initial membership registration or your latest renewal. If you need membership updates within 90 days of your latest update, contact Academic Initiative Membership.
New this year!
Before you are eligible to renew or update, you must complete your Academic Initiative profile, which includes answering a few questions about how you are using our resources. It won't take you long to complete--we promise! Tell us about your activities on your Academic Initiative profile. You will also be prompted to agree to the terms of the new Addendum for Cloud Services.
Academic Initiative renewal approval is not granted instantly. We must first verify your association with your institution. You will receive an email within 5 business days to inform you when your Academic Initiative membership has been reactivated. As you'll see on your renewal form, some countries require you to send us a hardcopy of the completed program agreement to qualify, which can take a bit longer to process also. We appreciate your patience.
