Instructions to Join Community

 

The content in this community is protected by restricted sub-communities and is available only to Industry Cloud Solutions clients, business partners, and IBM employees.

 

If you would like to join to this community, please do the following:

1.  If you do not already have an IBM ID, create one here.

 

2.  Next, to join the community, click here to send an email request to isclient@us.ibm.com.  You will need to provide the following information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • IBM Customer Number (6 to 7 digits)*  OR  IBM Client Success Portal ID*
  • IBM ID (created in Step 1 above).

 

3.  Please allow 2 business days to process requests to join the community.   An email will be sent to you after you have been added to the community and each sub-community.
