Instructions for Restricted Access Areas


The content is protected by restricted sub-communities and is available only to clients, business partners, and IBM employees that have products in Safer Planet, IBM Commerce, or Enterprise Content Management (ECM).


If you would like to join to this community, please do the following:

1.  If you do not already have an IBM ID, create one here.


2.  Next, to join the community, click here to send an email request to  You will need to provide the following information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • IBM Customer Number (6 to 7 digits)*  OR  IBM Client Success Portal ID*
  • IBM ID (created in Step 1 above).


3.  Please allow 2 business days to process requests to join the community.   An email will be sent to you after you have been added to the community and each sub-community.
