Ensure clients are able to successfully install our products right the first time. At this time, this assistance is only valid on the following products:

- Marketing Software
- Sterling B2B Integrator
WHAT IS REMOTE INSTALLATION ASSISTANCE?
We will proactively reach out to clients that have downloaded products from Passport Advantage and offer assistance when they are ready to do the product installation. The Remote Installations Team will be their initial contact for installation assistance. These services are offered to you at no additional cost and include:
- Validating that your environment meets the minimum requirements; one in which will be supported by IBM and also was tested (certified) during the development.
- Remote Installation assistance of IBM non-production system
