WHAT IS REMOTE INSTALLATION ASSISTANCE?
We will proactively reach out to clients that have downloaded products from Passport Advantage and offer assistance when they are ready to do the product installation. The Remote Installations Team will be their initial contact for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator installation assistance. These services are offered to you at no additional cost and include:
- Validating that your environment meets the minimum requirements; one in which will be supported by IBM Sterling and also was tested (certified) during the development of IBM Sterling Integrator 5.2.
- Remote Installation assistance of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator non-production system
