Step 1 - Carefully review Scorecard and validate performance against Support Provider requirements and agreements.
Step 2 - Identify poor performance area(s).
Step 3 - Conduct a review with technical support staff and formulate an action plan to remedy any specific performance area(s).
Step 4 - If you have scored below a specific performance level your assigned regional IBM Channel Support Manager (CSM) will be in contact to arrange a review session.
