Software Marketplacd Support Value - Solution specialization, customer insight, and support market reach.
Certified Resources - A minimum of two designated support skilled resources
Case Tracking System - Demonstrate a system capable of capturing customer meta-data, entitlements, end customer case management.
Case Escalation Procedure - A documented working case escalation process known to cusotmer. Procedure should include severity level, time scale, and action owner.
