IBM Software Value Plus (SVP) primary support provider 4Q2012 scorecards have been issued in January 2013. The scorecard is emailed directly to the primary support management contact from your assigned IBM Channel Support Manager.
Important Note: Certified Resources compliance is now verified through the Primary Support Provider Revalidation Process
Determining your next steps:
Step 1 - Carefully review Scorecard and validate performance against Support Provider requirements and agreements.
Step 2 - Identify poor performance area(s).
Step 3 - Conduct a review with technical support staff and formulate an action plan to remedy any specific performance area(s).
Step 4 - If you have scored below a specific performance level your assigned regional IBM Channel Support Manager (CSM) will be in contact to arrange a review session.

IBM PartnerWorld documents the IBM Software Value Plus (SVP) primary support provider certification requirements for each product family and associated product family groups (tracks). Support skilled resources must meet the certification requirements prior to being authoirzed. Please note that these certification requirements apply exclusively for the IBM Support Provider re-marketer type. IBM certification requirements for VAR / Solution Provider are not the same program requirements.
As an IBM SVP Support Provider, you must have a minimum of two resources certified across the products you support. The IBM PartnerWorld references have been provided for quick access to the certification requirements.
