In this presentation we’ll go over resources that are available via the IBM Knowledge Center, Support Portal, developerWorks, RedBooks as well as other sources to help you optimize your overall experience with InfoSphere Information Server. We’ll also describe the serviceability features in InfoSphere Information Server, then demo and go over the results gathered from our IBM Support Assistant (ISA) Lite based serviceability tools, which can be used to capture system configuration details, gauge the health of an existing installation and simplify the collection of log and configuration files.
