We have a fantastic opportunity to promote the success of two of our clients, Dollar General and Boston Children's Hospital's OPENPediatrics. They're both finalists in the Constellation Research SuperNova Awards. The awards celebrate the explorers, pioneers and champions of technology that battle the odds to effect change in their organizations and create disruptions in their markets.
Future of Work Category (#5)
Dollar General is recognized for seamlessly revamping their recruiting process. Using a solution from Kenexa, an IBM company. Dollar General now has the ability to spend more time recruiting the right people for the right job.
The Boston Children's Hospital OPENPediatrics solution, which we announced last week, is recognized for developing a collaborative, open-source platform for training medical professionals using a unique on demand, interactive, digital and social learning experience. OPENPediatrics uses a combination of IBM technologies: IBM Connections; IBM Websphere and IBM DB2. It is radically transforming health professional education across the globe.
These are great examples of innovation. You can show your support by voting for both Dollar General and Boston Children's Hospital in their respective categories right now.
Public voting is open through October 9, 2013. The winners will be announced at Constellation's Connected Enterprise 2013 event, October 30th through November 1st, in San Francisco. I'll be speaking at the event and look forward to congratulating our clients in person.
