Who are you going to trust, a few experts apparently living in their bubbles, or the collective wisdom of millions of people? Great thought indeed. We could have actionable insights through social analytics whatever business we are into. Off late businesses too are trusting more on data and less on the traditional wisdom based on gut feeling and intuitions.
