Does Klout count? Should your social score really matter to HR? Jeanne Meister, best-selling author and Future Workplace founder, says you bet! "In fact, the trend is growing," she says. During a recent Twitter chat, Jeanne's Tweet " #HR pays attention to your #klout score and U should too" caused a stir, prompting a lively discussion and several rebuttals.
The group of chat guests agreed this would make a great panel debate -- and thus the first topic for the #IBMConnect Social Buzz Chats was born!
Jeanne Meister and Pam Moore, will be joined by Andrew Grill, former CEO of Kred who recently joined IBM and William Tincup, HR consultant. Louis Richardson will host this panel on Tuesday at 1pm in the Social Cafe. If you're not at Connect, look for the video to follow.
