Good guidance, Holly. But your business is also affected by other factors, such as marketplace pressure and regulatory requirements. For example in Ontario, a comprehensive set of regulations (the AODA Customer Service Standard) came into force on January 1 describing how organizations must deal with customers with disabilities.

Great point, Mark. Thanks for bringing it up. Regulatory requirements are critical, and the world will be watching Ontario as these regulations are implemented. I hope that the combination of the stick and the carrot will help businesses become accessible and inclusive.
