Essential to Exceptional: Transforming the online experience

Back in May we kicked off a blog series about our Exceptional Web Experience Software. We invited some of our business partners like Perficient and Sogeti to share some of their best practices around creating an exceptional web experience. That was the start of a very exciting time in our business.
At the recent Exceptional Web Experience Conferences in Austin and Berlin our clients talked about how using our solutions lets them to anticipate the needs of their customers; engage individuals and their communities; and deliver exceptional service while simplifying the user experience. For me, these stories drive home the real value of what we do.
Amadori, a leading Italian company that focuses on the production and marketing of poultry products, wanted to use online marketing and social networks to reach younger consumers in a more effective way. They also wanted use online resources to learn more about their consumer base. Working with the IBM Customer Experience Suite they were able to create and manage content for four mini-sites that integrated with Facebook and YouTube.
Amadori was able to significantly improve their online profile, making it easier to communicate directly with their younger customers and increase overall consumer loyalty. With a new database, sentiment analysis and real-time market insights, they were able to monitor consumer details, learn more about their brand health and increase their fan base on Facebook – 45,000 followers in one year. Most importantly, they found a way to establish direct communications with their target segment by 100% through web integration with social media.
